  • All Levels Flow Yoga with Amanda offers a grounding, accessible practice that blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and clear alignment cues to support students of every experience level. With a steady, thoughtful pace, the class builds strength, mobility, and balance while creating space to unwind and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll find a supportive community atmosphere that encourages curiosity, self-awareness, and a sense of ease. This class is designed to help you move well, feel centered, and carry more calm and clarity into the rest of your day.

  • Contact Improvisation (CI) with Rebeca is a dance form based on the ongoing dialogue between two bodies that are in physical contact, improvising with weight, listening, balance, gravity, momentum, reflex and inertia. In this class we will be studying, exploring and defining its fundamental concepts: the rolling point of contact, falling and rolling, weight exchange, counterbalance and off-balance, basic lift vocabulary and principles, continuity of motion, momentum and physical listening. We will be moving with others while taking care of our own body and needs. No experience is required; we will be building this community together! 

  • Power Sculpt Yoga with Mara is an energizing, full-body practice that blends traditional yoga postures with strength-building movements to help you become stronger, more stable, and deeply connected to your body. Expect mindful intensity—thoughtful sequencing, breath-driven flow, and purposeful sculpting intervals that challenge your muscles while supporting healthy alignment and mobility. Mara brings her signature mix of encouragement, attentive guidance, and lightheartedness, helping you tap into your inner power without ever pushing past what your body can safely hold. This class is perfect for students who want to build strength, boost endurance, and break a sweat while staying grounded in the principles of yoga: awareness, presence, and self-acceptance.

  • Sculpt AF (Align Form) Yoga is Mara’s unique blend of alignment-centered instruction, functional strength work, and mobility training—all woven through the steady, mindful rhythm of a yoga practice. This class focuses on slowing things down just enough to refine form, awaken stabilizing muscles, and create long-lasting body awareness. Through intentional movement, breathwork, and Mara’s supportive, educational teaching style, students learn how to move with precision and confidence both on and off the mat.
